Inspired by a game I played long ago, I decided to attempt to recreate the experience I had on my phone when I was 12. The game features one boss and small enemies, with assets completely built by myself and all of the scripts completely made by me.

When my friends and I were looking over the Open NY Data, we found a restaurant ratings dataset which showed A ratings for restaurants with vermin and kitchen violations. What my team and I decided to do is to make a web page that shows restaurants and their ratings. We displayed it over the map and made it into a heatmap.

I started working as a software developer intern at Shared_Studios in late January of 2019, and ended in mid May of the same year. The project put for the team of interns for that semester was to create the foundation for a management website for internal use for the company. It would handle personal records, financial information, and product management. The team, which consisted of me and two other interns, was given this problem with the hope of laying a good foundation for somehting to be built on. During the internship the team has succeeded in doing so, leaving the next intern wave with a good foundation to work with and develop the website further.
As an intern there, I implemented the HR management system for the company's Internal Management Tool with React.js. I also had to work serverside to manage new accounts sign up, as well as accessing the quickbooks API, all done with Node, Javascript and Express. I also aided in creation of Portal Diagnostics Application using AppleScript and Shell.

I was intrigued with a challenge of building a full-stack web application from the ground up.
So that's exactly what I did.
